​We are continuously purchasing new properties to add and to strengthen our and our clients' portfolios. As we purchase our properties, our team of contractors and tradesmen are on-site to ensure that our properties meet state/HUD codes, regulations, and requirements. This is to make sure that the properties are in good condition from the day of purchase. This is to lessen the potential of costly repairs during the duration of ownership of the property, and also to gives our tenants a good property to call their home and increases tenant residency.  The process of turnkey can take between 3 weeks to 3 months to complete, and during this time, we will have those properties listed here until they are ready for showing. Also, we will show any properties that are about to hit the market. These properties will be either for sale or for rent.
